I'll mark the second part of your suggestions under review. We are definitely looking at better ways to classify sticky notes with labels or colors.

Hi Kai,

We designed sticky notes to show the author's name at the bottom with a little tag that says "Added by <user>." If you're not seeing that, or if the name is "Anonymous," we will need to investigate further. Check to be sure that each person has set their display name in the User Settings menu. Their updated name will only appear on notes created after they've changed it.
